Prept. Foundation presents the Prept Collabs Finale at Michelin-starred HIDE.

This November, the Prept Collabs series will come to a very special close, as all ten chefs from the series come together for an exclusive, one-night-only finale at Michelin-starred restaurant HIDE.

Bringing together ten chefs, ten dishes and ten different perspectives, the evening will celebrate the creativity, skill and ambition behind the Prept Collabs series, while raising vital funds to support Prept’s work helping young people build skills, confidence and knowledge through food education.

Guests will have the opportunity to experience all ten chefs together, in one setting, for one unforgettable evening, with each chef contributing a dish to a unique 10-course collaborative menu.

The evening will also feature a live auction, with funds raised helping Prept continue preparing young people for happier, healthier futures through food education.

The evening will start at 6.30pm with a drinks reception featuring Rathfinny English Sparkling Wine and Saicho Sparkling Tea, followed by a 10-course tasting menu. All served at shared tables at HIDE.

Guests will also be kept refreshed throughout the evening with San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, with bread from Seven Seeded accompanying the menu.

Alcohol-free pairing options are also available.

Due to the nature of the event, dietary requirements cannot be catered to.

£550.00pp, inclusive of the aperitif, 10 courses, tea/coffee and wines.
