Executive Chef Adam Smith will welcome fellow Roux Scholar, Spencer Metzger, for a one-off collaborative dinner celebrating technical excellence, precision, and modern British cooking at the highest level. The menu will showcase the distinctive styles of both chefs, united by a shared respect for classical foundations, seasonality, and refined execution.
