Thom is a 3 AA rosette chef and Michelin guide chef as well as multiple business owner, he is completely self-taught and incredibly driven by great flavour.
Opening his debut solo venture, The Flintlock at Cheddleton – a fine dining restaurant set alongside the canal in North Staffordshire in September 2020, Thom has gone on to achieve things never seen in his hometown. He has featured on national TV multiple times as well picking up several industry awards.
Not only this but he also has a social media following across all platforms of a staggering 5 million followers.
