Michael Bremner, a celebrated chef from Aberdeenshire, began his culinary journey straight out of school, working in kitchens worldwide before settling in Brighton. In 2013, he launched 64 Degrees, a social dining hotspot in Brighton’s Lanes, known for its open kitchen and ever-evolving menu of shareable small plates. The restaurant has won numerous accolades, including Best Restaurant in the Brighton Top 20 Awards and a Bib Gourmand from Michelin. Michael gained national fame after competing in the Great British Menu, winning the banquet spot in 2017 with his inventive dish, “The Grass is Greener”.
