Corrin Harrison, originally from East London, has spent nearly two decades honing his craft in some of the UK and Europe’s most prestigious kitchens. It was under his leadership as Head Chef of Ynyshir in 2019 that the restaurant earned its second Michelin star, solidifying its status as one of the UK’s most exciting dining destinations. In May 2023, Corrin launched his own restaurant, Gwen, in Machynlleth, Wales. An intimate dining experience, Gwen features a ten-course tasting menu for just eight guests per sitting, showcasing British cuisine with Asian influences, focusing on bold, precise flavours.

In 2024, he reached the finals of the Great British Menu, where he had the honour of cooking canapés for Team GB.
