Yoghurt Bark – Lulu

Makes one tray
Ingredients
500g Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp raisins
Toppings! Lulu chose 5 fresh strawberries, 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips, 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Method
Step 1
Mix the Yoghurt: In a bowl, combine the yoghurt and honey until it’s smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Add the Fruit: Stir in the dried cranberries and raisins so they’re mixed through the yoghurt.
Step 3
Prepare the Tray: Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper. Pour the yoghurt mixture onto the tray and spread it out to about ½ inch thick.
Step 4
Add Your Toppings: Sprinkle the chopped strawberries, choc chips, and coconut over the top.
Step 5
Freeze: Pop the tray into the freezer for 2–4 hours, or until the mixture is fully frozen.
Step 6
Break into Pieces: Once it’s frozen, take the tray out and break the yoghurt bark into snack-sized pieces. You might want an adult to help with this.
