Prept. Foundation presents the fifth of the brand new Prept Collabs series at Michelin Starred, Skof.
Originally from Malta, Executive Chef Martin won the Roux Scholarship in 2018 at the age of 29, when he was senior sous-chef at Hide, London. After winning the Roux Scholarship, Martin completed a stage at three Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in New York.
Lisa Goodwin-Allen is one of the UK’s most respected chefs and Chef Patron-Director of Michelin-starred Northcote Hotel & Restaurant in Lancashire. She has led the kitchen at Northcote since the age of 23 and has been recognised with numerous accolades, including Food & Travel Chef of the Year 2023 and CATEY Chef of the Year 2022. Alongside Northcote, Lisa is Culinary Director at The Beaumont Mayfair, where she launched modern British restaurant Rosi in 2025.
The evening will start at 6:30pm with a Rathfinny drinks reception, followed by a 6-course tasting menu with paired wines, including selections from Penfolds. All served at shared tables in the glass fronted dining room.
