Prept. Foundation presents the third of the brand new Prept Collabs series at Michelin Starred, The Dining Room, Whatley Manor.

Two Michelin-starred chef Rafael Cagali joins forces with highly regarded chef Ricki Weston for a one-off collaborative dinner. Chef Patron of Da Terra (2 Michelin stars) and Mare by Rafael Cagali (1 Michelin star), Rafael brings his signature precision and bold, expressive style, alongside Ricki’s refined, modern British cooking and depth of experience.

Guests will be treated to a meticulously curated six course menu, celebrating exceptional seasonal ingredients, served within the intimate setting of The Dining Room.
