Prept. Foundation presents the fourth of the brand new Prept Collabs series at Michelin Starred, Gravetye Manor.
Originally from Malta, Executive Chef Martin won the Roux Scholarship in 2018 at the age of 29, when he was senior sous-chef at Hide, London. After winning the Roux Scholarship, Martin completed a stage at three Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in New York.
Martine will be welcoming Josh Angus, Chef Director at Hide, HideAway and The White Horse. Josh began his culinary career as an apprentice in a two-rosette restaurant before joining the team at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and later working in Hong Kong alongside two-starred chef Shane Osbourne. Returning to the UK, Josh worked in some of the country’s most celebrated kitchens, including Dabbous, Elystan Street and L’Autre Pied, before taking on the role of Development Chef at Belazu. There, he broadened his expertise in product development and the wider food industry ahead of joining Hide at its inception. With over 18 years’ experience, he is passionate about local, fresh, sustainable and seasonal produce, as well as nurturing the next generation of chefs.
The evening will start at 6:30pm with a Rathfinny drinks reception, followed by a 6-course tasting menu with paired wines, including selections from Penfolds. All served at shared tables in the glass fronted dining room.
