Prept. Foundation – Cancellation Policy

At Prept. Foundation, we want our programmes to be as accessible as possible for all schools. This cancellation policy applies to all bookings, including paid sessions, fully funded sessions, subsidised sessions, and off-site trips.

General Cancellation Notice

When you cancel             What happens
More than 4 weeks before a session/trip              Full refund if you’ve paid
2–4 weeks before a session/trip              50% refund if you’ve paid
Less than 2 weeks before a session/trip              Full session/trip fee will be charged

Specific Cancellation Fees

Type of session                         Fee if cancelled
In-school sessions                         £300 per day
Heavily subsidised off-site visits                         £300 per day
Full-price off-site visits                         £1,000 per day

These fees help us cover costs such as chef time, travel, ingredients, and venue bookings.
