At Prept. Foundation, we want our programmes to be as accessible as possible for all schools. This cancellation policy applies to all bookings, including paid sessions, fully funded sessions, subsidised sessions, and off-site trips.
General Cancellation Notice
| When you cancel | What happens |
| More than 4 weeks before a session/trip | Full refund if you’ve paid |
| 2–4 weeks before a session/trip | 50% refund if you’ve paid |
| Less than 2 weeks before a session/trip | Full session/trip fee will be charged |
Specific Cancellation Fees
| Type of session | Fee if cancelled |
| In-school sessions | £300 per day |
| Heavily subsidised off-site visits | £300 per day |
| Full-price off-site visits | £1,000 per day |
These fees help us cover costs such as chef time, travel, ingredients, and venue bookings.
